Neck Flex® MMB Pro Series Kit — Neck Harness

I started with the Halo about 10 years ago. This summer, I bought the MMB Pro for my son who plays football. He and his friends workout in the basement and all use both the Halo and the MMB pro. They saw results within a few weeks. Excellent product. Very durable. Very effective. Very safe because I know it won't break - even when they are doing whatever teenage boys do in a weight room.

I have strength trained for about three decades, although I never gave a second thought to strengthening my neck. I’ve also had tight, sore neck muscles, random kinks after waking up, etc, and just thought it was normal. After hearing about neck training and the benefits it can provide, I decided that I had nothing to lose and would give it a try. I didn’t want a cheap piece of junk so I went for the Neck Flex, which seemed to be of higher quality than your average neck harness. When it arrived I can certainly confirm that this thing is built like a horse harness, and is very solid and well made; I went with the MMB Pro. I’ve been using the Neck Flex for about three weeks now, and I can feel a huge improvement in my neck muscles, and haven’t had a neck kink since I started training with it. My neck feels more solid, and for the first time in decades, I don’t have that tight, strained feeling I used to have so often. I think neck training is so underrated and if this improvement in myself is only after barely three weeks, I’m excited to see where I’ll be a few months from now. If you’re a lifter who’s had neck issues over the years, do yourself a favor and grab one of these. They’re well worth it.

Received my Neck Flex MMB Pro Series kit last week, starting using immediately. Couldn't be happier! I can use it with the included band, as well as my functional trainer cable machine. The equipment came well packaged. The headgear and harness are very well-made.. adjusting to fit is simple and I find the apparatus comfortable to use . Excellent piece of equipment. I've used the included resistance band to perform multiple movements as well as the chain to suspend weights. Everything I've done with it has been comfortable and effective. Feels well built as well. I've had neck harnesses in the past break on me. I don't see that being an issue with this item.

Good quality product. Mostly use the resistance bands so far, and they work well. Service (delivery) was excellent. Would recommend.

I bought this a year ago at 64 for simple neck strengthening. I had bought a cheaper one on Amazon and sent it back. Neckflex is built like a battleship. Easily adjusted to fit my head comfortably. The included surgical tubing attachment is all I will ever need and works great to do multiple different exercises. Don't cheap out, get this one.

Great product and durable. This device has helped my 2 sons prepare starting early in their HS careers to become college offensive linemen…got to have strong necks!

Very well built product. I work at a training facility and have tried competitor's products to include a "top of the line" and very expensive pro product and Neck Flex is just a better overall product in my opinion. Highly recommended.

This thing is built to last several lifetimes! I've been using the supplied resistance band with the door anchor. At 45yo, this is the training I've been missing all my life. Thanks Neck Flex!!!

The harness does the job but as far as comfort is concerned they could do much better. When you do heavy neck rotations and the chain squeezes your skull its awful. The instructional video left a lot to be desired . More like broscience than a helpful tutorial.
Would I recommend for all that I paid sending it to Australia, the answer is NO.

I've been using the Neck Flex MMB Pro Series Kit for the past six months, and I couldn't be happier with it. It is a great product with a high grade quality, and most importantly it works for me very well, I saw noticeable results in the first two weeks, and now I almost reached to the result I am looking for.

The best in the market!

I needed to strengthen my neck to assist in recovery. I started slow. Now my meck is stronger than it has ever been. Ive trained weights for decades and never trained my neck until recently. I 100% recommend this rig. You have to put the work in, but you have to have the right tools and this thing is awesome. I owe Neck Flex more than 5 stars. I owe them thanks as well.
