Carriers and rates
Orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated live at checkout from the carrier's current rates for your address and the weight of your order, and is shown before you pay. We do not offer express or overnight service.
Delivery times
- United States: delivery typically takes 1 to 4 days from the order date.
- Canada: ships by FedEx; delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
- All other countries: ships by USPS or FedEx; delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
International orders: duties and taxes
Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a shipment is seized, destroyed, rejected, abandoned or left unclaimed at customs, Neck Flex is not responsible for the loss and cannot issue a refund for it.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows the package was lost or arrived damaged, contact support@theneckflex.com with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier and get a replacement to you.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee on every kit. You pay only the original delivery and return shipping fees.
